Get ready for a super long picture post!  I've been busy and a blogger slacker.  But, a quick catch up here I go!  Here's a little of what we've been up to the past few weeks.

We played together.

Ethan loves to play starfall.com on the computer.  While Owen and I watch.

We went to the zoo.

We went to the frog park (otherwise known as Victor Ashe Park) to look for frogs.  We found some.

We spent memorial day with my parents.  We had a shrimp boil and I made crab cakes! YUM!

So basically we've been keeping busy.  We are going to Atlanta this weekend for a mini vacation.  Mainly because I want to get out of the house for a while and have fun.  We are going to the aquarium and the zoo.  We are looking forward to it!  Hope for nice weather!

It's 6:30 and I'm getting so many baby smiles.  I love my baby.

One Month Today

Swim lessons

Ethan is taking swim lessons for two weeks.  He loves his swim lessons and has a smile on his face the entire time.  He is doing better every day. At first he was a tad nervous and wouldn't let go of the side, but now he will.

I'm 29 today.  That's getting old, huh?  (no offense if you are older! LOL) I mean that's a year from 30.  

I have a husband, two kids, a mortgage, a full time job, and two cats.  When did I become a grown up?  

A mother's day blessing

(My pictures are out of order once again)  We had a wonderful mother's day.  It started with church and getting Owen blessed.  Then we went to the park for a picnic lunch.  Later on, my parents and Grandma came over for dinner.  It was a fun Mother's day.

Owen's first bath

Well, Owen's cord finally fell off at three weeks, so he got to enjoy his first real bath.  Well, he kinda enjoyed it.  It was hard getting pictures b/c Ethan just had to "help".  But, we did the best we could!  

Oh, and Owen had his three week check up.  He went from 7 lbs 4 oz (when we left the hospital) to 9 lbs. 4 oz!  Wow, he's grown a lot! He is even starting to get rolls all over the place! 

I tried to get a picture of Owen's hair after his bath.  It seriously gets so curly! I love it! These aren't the best pictures but check out the little curls!!  It's adorable!

What's new with us...

I pumped Owen's first bottle this morning.  (Thanks to the advice of my friend Alice, on not to wait to long)  He had zero issue taking it.  Dan loved giving him the bottle and said that I'll need to pump more often, so he can give more bottles!  Now, I just need to figure out how much to pump, b/c I stopped at 3 ounces and it was not enough for this little guy.  So I had to top him off. 

Owen has had some tummy time. He's not thrilled about it, but doesn't seem to hate it.

I know this is fuzzy, but look how far he got his head up! (this was a week ago also!)
