A new world

With new positions, comes new worlds. I love watching Owen discover new worlds and new possibilities. He found the window. This delighted him for a good while. He even reopened this new world for Ethan.

Owen's official 10 month stats...

So we had Owen's 9 month apt. a month late. He just had so much going on with his ears, so I kept pushing it back.

He weighs 20 pounds (but really I think he's a bit under this) and is 29 inches long. He had his finger pricked to check his iron levels and no shots at this apt. YEA!

10 months

Well, actually like 10 months and a week. :) He is getting so big so fast. He eats what we eat, crawls, stands, working on that walking thing, claps, laughs, waves, says dada, hi, bye, and eye. I love every minute of it, except that it is going so fast. (oh and he's trying to say cat only he says "dat".. does that count as a word?)

And just because my boys are so cute together....

They play wonderfully together. I couldn't ask for a better match up. Ethan claps and applauds when Owen stands up or attempts little steps. It is adorable. Owen has a case of hero worship going on also. He follows Ethan around, loves playing with him, laughs when he is acting goofy, and cries when he leaves the room. When I pick them up from daycare I always get Owen first, and when we walk into Ethan's room Owen squeals and the boys hug and kiss. Seriously my heart melts every single time.

Snow

We have had a lot of snow this year. More snow then we've seen in a long time. We have learned that Ethan LOVES the snow. He likes everything about it and will even say he loves the cold, once I start complaining. Owen, did not care for the snow and lasted all of about 5 minutes.

You know what's worse than a working mom?

Being a working mom almost out of sick days.
