Well, this summer has so far been better than last summer. Last summer we had the horrible news of learning about Iva's brain tumor. We are still fighting this and dealing with what cancer gives out. But, it has started to become a way of life, part of life, the normal of life. Which is sad and I hope that Iva fights this cancer once and for all.. and life will really become normal for her again. But, life keeps going on and in the midst of all this... we still do our normal every day things.
We celebrate Iva's 34th birthday at the zoo.

:) Got to go to a friend's wedding and hang out with my best friend Jessica again. :)
I got to make Dan hang out in 106 heat at an outdoor wedding. :) He was good about it though. :)
We spent the 4th of July with my family at my parents house.
The first month of summer vacation is over. Hopefully the next month is just as great. We are going to the beach in about a week. My entire family is going. This is a first. I can't remember the last time Iva came to the beach with us. I think I was for sure in Highschool the last time this happend. It will be nice to spend time with her and our entire family, making some great memories.
